I'm a bit confused as to some of the negative reviews for this CD player. It is not advertised as having a flash drive nor does it say you can play an MP3 player through it. It states it will play CDs with MP3 files on it. Big difference. Also, complaints about the tuner not being digital...nowhere is it advertised to be. People really should read the description of the product before buying it and then complaining about it in a review.
This is a great CD player. I've had it for several weeks now and have never had an issue with it at all. CDs play fine and the radio (AM & FM) come in crystal clear. I would definitely recommend this CD player to someone looking for a no-frills player that works extremely well for the price. Compact, light-weight and EXTREMELY easy to use. My six-year-old daughter uses it with no problem at all. HIGHLY recommended.

I use the Coby CD player/radio at my place of work every work day. It still works like new.
NOT an MP3 Player ! ! ! ! ! !December 18, 2007 The product description says "Portable am/fm radio and MP3 player." This is FALSE! It is actually supposed to play MP3 files you have TRANSFERED to a CD. Truth be told it doesn't even do that. It plays regular CD's and the radio but that's it. Very misleading advertisment. Very disappointing product. I could have bought something comparable to this for a fraction of the cost at any local discount store without the outrageous shipping cost. Now, let's see how quickly they get the return done! I will keep you posted. My advise, stick with Wally World!!! Here' a product link, see you you can draw the same conclusion as I did? I was really wishing the product would work, but when I got it, it would error when trying to play CDs.

First of all, you can't hook up a flash drive as was advertised. Second of all, I was hoping for digital tuning, which it doesn't have. Also, the little display it has only gives you the number of the song you are on, not the time in the song.
My alarm clock radio sounds better than this one. I would recommend spending a little more money and getting a better one. The only thing I really like about it is that it is very small. It is perfect if you need a travel size CD player.
