ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!!!!December 1, 2008 I thought this case was really nice until the belt clip came off AFTER 10 DAYS! My iPhone almost hit the floor. If I sound angry, I am. I just got off the phone with the DLO customer service. I'm still in disbelief at the smug tone and unbelievable arguements that they tried to make that this was not their problem. Apparently the case, only needs to work out of the package!
I recommend staying away from all DLO products, since their customer service is so bad. That is difficult, since they have the ATT store market cornered but you have a lot of other options for your iPhone.

I'm left-handed and placed this case on my right hip because that's where it intuitively belonged. I liked the case but was aggravated that I had to disconnect the headset to put it into or take it out of the case. It was also not possible to access the volume control without removing the iPhone at least partially from the case. It finally dawned on me after a few days that the solution to this was to place the phone in the case "upside down," or flipped head to foot. But I didn't like the headset cable emerging from the "back" of the case so I finally relented and started wearing it on my left hip. It's just SMOP (a small matter of programmer) to get used to wearing it on the left side rather than the right.
This is, of course, not the "fault" of the DLO hipcase - it's dictated by the design of the iPhone iself.
This is a well-designed and well-constructed case and I highly recommend it.
Note: I bought mine at the AT&T store when I bought my phone and paid $29.99 plus tax. I could have saved myself $10 buying it through Amazon.com. Oh well.
Never Buy DLO will go bad within 3 months!November 10, 2008 According to DLO customer service it is normal wear and tear to have DLO product go bad within 3 months. I will not buy another DLO product, and nobody should never buy DLO since it will break within 3 months. Remember it is they feature! Normal wear and tear will have belt clip of this case fall off in 2 months of use.
It is normal, and it is not covered by warranty! Their short (90 days) warranty suggests short life expectancy of DLO products. Don't you think? However, it doesnt' matter since it is not covered anyway since it's normal to have belt clip fall off. I am waiting for a letter back from DLO stating that it is normal so I can publish online.
The best iphone 3g belt holster!!November 2, 2008 I try several, and this one was the best. Velcro instead of magnets. Could have a better and safer belt clip, but it does the job.
