Buyer beware!July 25, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I just got off the phone with Audiovox customer service who say that this product has never been able to play anything more than an Ipod-- never had an RCA input jack, never had USB connection capability, and never had a memory card reader. If, as I did, you buy this product for any of its non-Ipod features, you will end up returning it. Someone from Amazon should read this and change the description!
Ipod doesn't work rightJuly 2, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got this player mainly to update my ancient CD player clock radio. Description says it plays all ipods...well, it does play mine, but i have no control whatsoever over what songs it plays, and it also does NOT charge my ipod. I am not sure if its the clock radio thats damaged, or if my ipod is too new for it to handle? The sound is good however when it does play. Another imperfection is that the background light is so bright it lights up your whole room at night...it can be turned off, but then you cant see if when you want to see the clock in the middle of the night....all in all, i would rather have my old clock radio back, which I may go back to shortly.
I bought this item from AmazonFebruary 9, 2007 7 out of 17 found this review helpful
Unfortunately it list as one of its functions a card slot that accepts SD, CF cards etc. Well apparently NOT! Maybe it is a virtual slot! I'll be sending it back shortly.
