ipodJanuary 9, 2009 Holds a ton of media. We are haveing trouble with it locking up when you dock it to the computer. But i did go through the reset program and we have tried it a couple of times after that and has not locked up. We are hopeing this fixed the problem.
good deal.....January 9, 2009 I'm married and my wife just feel in love with the light blue I-pod (3rd generation). Unfortunately for waiting to long they came out with the new 4th generation I-pod (which by the way she hated) and finding the one she wanted was not easy. I was lucky enough to find it here and now she is happy, which means I'm happy. I can't complain, it got here quick and its keeping her distracted. :-)
poor customer service/qualityJanuary 8, 2009 I ordered the Ipod nano for Christmas and instead received a 6 page cardboard children's book. Because there is no phone number on the receipt (that stated Ipod) I got online and talked to a customer service rep who could not explain where the problem was. She was able to get my account credited, but I had to go back and order another one, which was more expensive. She also said she would send me a $20 coupon to use on my next purchase, which I never received. I rate this transaction 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

No radio, hard to retrieve video contentJanuary 7, 2009 I purchased this Ipod after years of using the Creative Zen MP3 player. While the storage size is plenty, it has no radio tuner and I have not yet been able to play downloaded music videos on my Ipod. Overall, it is a good MP3 player with a nice compact design easy for transport.
