BEWARE:No reponse from seller!January 7, 2009 The product arrived packaged in a MOEN box and without the necessary programming software. Because Unique Electronics is NOT an authorized dealer for Universal Electronics, INC products they will NOT supply me the required software to operate this report.
Without the programming software you cannot operate the remote so I am out $400.00!
To date still NOT one reponse from the seller after several e-mails.
