Great Product, Great ServiceOctober 29, 2008 We now have 8 of these - the most recent purchase was due to a phone we purchased earlier was found to be not water resistant - they don't work very well after a quick dip in the pool.
This is the best 2 line portable phone we've ever had (we've been through quite a few) - reception and range in good, plus they are fairly resilient, but not water proof, which is not to the detriment of the product, it's an operator problem.
We've purchased the last 4 from the same vendor, whose service was prompt and price competitive - I would have no hesitation in recommending both the product and the Vendor.
Outdated system still is very functional for small business.September 16, 2008 We have about 8 full time folks and the call volume is steady but not overwhelming. This product has fit the bill for almost 3 years! Inexpensive start up equipment that we will be sad to see go some day.

I was looking for the AT&T E252 Handset and found out that this will also work for my AT&T E2562 Base Phone. and this was more then a third the price and it works great. Just the color is black and not gray as my main phone

One of my cordless handsets died after several years of hard use. AT&T stopped making them so off to the web I went in search of a replacement. Several sites had them but this was better priced and safer thru Amazon. Phone works great. Only thing is that it is black and original was grey. No complaints.
