Great Value!December 2, 2008 I am frequently on the road for my job and use my fm transmitter often. Reception is clear and the sound quality is good. Generally, works well in urban and rural areas. I live in the Phoenix area and I've never experienced problems. However, I had difficulty finding a frequency with clear reception in the LA area.

I bought this for my sister and her new iPod Mini. It plugs in just fine to her cigarette lighter and plays the music on a slew of different radio stations without sounding 'distant', 'hollow', 'scratchy', or anything else...it sounded like I was playing a CD. EXCELLENT!
